About Kurtis Vanderpool
I’ve spent over 15 years helping young adults find clarity, confidence, and peace with where they are in life. During that time, I’ve worked in non-profits, businesses, and higher education—including five years as a university life coach helping students adjust to college life, discover their strengths, and find purpose.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Gallup Strengths-Certified Coach, and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in Texas. My background blends the best of both worlds—coaching for motivation and action, and counseling-level insight into mindset and emotional health.
But more than that, I’ve been where you are!
After graduating college, I remember looking around and thinking, “Why does everyone else seem to have a plan but me?”
