During that time, I’ve worked in non-profits, businesses, and higher education—including five years as an instructor and university life coach helping students adjust to college life, discover their strengths, and find purpose.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Gallup Strengths-Certified Coach, and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in Texas. My background blends the best of both worlds—coaching for motivation and action, and counseling-level insight into mindset and emotional health.
