Simple Ways to Happier Living:

Exercise!

No CrossFit
No marathon
No crazy-ass diets needed

Just move a little!

Go for a walk
Do yoga
Get a $80 stationary bike that you unfold, use for 10 minutes, and spend the rest of the day bragging about how FIT you are!

It doesn’t matter what you do or for how long.

Just get moving and be consistent with it.

The days you get even the slightest bit of workout in, you will always be in a better mood the rest of the day and you will sleep better throughout the night.

Unless of course your computer crashes and you spend all day at the Apple store NOT being productive…that’s another post.

 

Whether it’s walking, running, biking, high-intensity, or simply stretching,

any kind of regular movement in your schedule helps heal and strengthen your:

  • Bones
  • Muscles
  • Joints
  • Brain
  • Heart
  • Lungs

and helps you:

  • Feel better
  • Sleep better
  • Eat healthier
  • De-Stress
  • Reduce to anxiety
  • and generally give you a better outlook on life which helps you do everything you do…better!
