Change Your Diet
Make SMALL Changes to Your Diet
Yes, food really DOES affect everything.
Your energy.
Your focus.
Your dopamine and serotonin.
Your ability to think clearly.
Not to mention I pretty much feel miserable when I’m carrying around ANY extra weight.
Your diet is the simplest way to start feeling better in just about all areas of your life.
And PLEASE don’t run off to do Keto, or Paleo, or some other dumb fad diet that takes up ALL your energy and makes chocolate your mortal enemy (what a tragedy indeed).
Just make small changes like:
-
Putting half your meal at restaurants in a to-go box as soon as you get your food.

Limiting alcohol to 1 or 2 drinks only at special occasions or get together a
-
eating 2-3 bits of dessert and giving it away or pouring salt all over it so you don’t nibble until it’s gone.
There are a million ways to make small dietary changes that make a big difference in your overall health WITHOUT giving up the little luxuries in life.
When we are healthier,
We become happier.
When we are happier,
We become more helpful.
Change your diet,
